Ashley v Apple, FOIA Timeline
In January 2022, I started requesting public records from the local, state, and federal governments related to my Apple Superfund office to figure out what happened with my 2021 complaints.
This would lead to a number of incredible discoveries, as well as multiple battles to get records released quickly or at all. Even today, some of the original January 2022 requests are still open and I am still awaiting results.
In 2023, a public records request would expose the truth of what happened to me in 2020 and how it directly connects to Apple firing me in 2021. Embedded below are some of the 'highlights' of the records obtained.

2015
First round of post-renovation vapor intrusion testing is June 2015. Unclear why highest TCE vapor intrusion is on the 2nd floor even before HVAC is installed.
Construction, installation of sub-slat depressurization vents, then installation of HVAC.
December 2015 vapor intrusion results come back over double the results from June 2015. Now the highest TCE is in the first floor bathroom at 1.2 ug/m3. Testing does not consider HVAC on (with SSD fumes pooling on roof at HVAC intake). Results show Ethylbenzene in the sub slat vents and indoor air above max EPA levels (and its in the plume). Toluene is also in the sub slat vents and the indoor air, almost at the max EPA level (and its in the plume).
